​How Do I Take A Cast?

If you're 25 miles from SS4 postcode, I will come and take the cast. If you are outside this area to capture your fingerprints, I provide a simple kit with instructions so you can take the cast in your own privacy. You may send me prints, casts & drawings you already have via what's app, email & post. Casts & prints can be used for jewellery, but only prints are suitable for tattoo's.

 

I also work with animal castings & prints. Please contact for details.

 

Payment and Shipping

I accept Paypal, cards & cash on collection / delivery. If ordering on the website, you will be required to make a payment through paypal. On telephone orders over one item I take 50% deposit.

All jewellery is shipped out via Royal Mail special delivery. Flat rate of £7.95. Memorial frames are sent via Hermes or similar. Prices starting at £3.49. Hand & foot cast frames are on collection only due to fragile nature of them. I am happy to deliver also for a small fee depending on distance.

 

I Have a Metal Allergy

If you suffer a metal allergy, it's likely to be from one of the alloys possibly in sterling silver. Many people that can't wear sterling silver find that they can wear 'fine silver'. This is because it is 99% pure silver, which makes it softer, but eliminates the metals people tend to react to.

 

I want something different or to use a piece of jewellery I own

If you want something not shown here on my site, please contact me. Much of my work is bespoke and you may not really know where to start or what you're after. Please feel free to book in an appointment for a consultation, so we can make something that works for you. This is very common in my line of work, and I endeavor to produce a piece you will cherish.

 

If The Fingerprint Is Faint
All fingerprints are unique. I can not modify these in any way. If the print is particularly faint, I will notify you. I am happy for you to come and see me or I can send you a picture so you can decide if you want to go ahead with an order.

 

​How Do I Place an Order?

If you have any questions at all, please call me or email. You can place an order over the phone, though this website, via email or text.

 

What if I Don't Like My Piece?

Returns are not accepted on personalised and bespoke jewellery. If you are unhappy with the end result or simply don't like it, a refund will not be offered. If your jewellery differs substantially from your order - then please contact me within 7 days of receipt so I can rectify it. If the error is yours - I will try to rectify it at your expense.

 

Lost or Broken Jewellery & Casts

Jewellery should always be cared for as delicate. Should you notice a weakness on your piece or accidentally break your jewellery, please return it to me for repair. Repairs will incur a nominal charge to cover time and materials.

I do not replace lost jewellery, however if you do lose your piece, I am able to re-make it, so please don't worry. 

If you have broken your casting - please contact me - I will try my best to work with you to resolve it, but please note casts are a 'one off', and taking another may not be an option.

 

Proofing Memorial Frames

All memorial frames are unique to you, your interior decor & size of the photo you wish to display. I will send or email you a proof & only when you are happy with the artwork, will you proceed with your order.

 

Bereavement

If you are recently bereaved, you may prefer to contact me through your funeral director. You will find my leaflet or details in local branches of Stibbards & Sons, A. R Adams, J W Tate & Son, Guiver & Sons, Penrose & Little Haven's. I have also been in to many other branches on request. Just make them aware that you are interested in my services.
